Sales Agreement


If you have a defective product contact Customer Service at 972-982-2525 and inform them of the part(s) in question.

After our inspection of the part a credit will be issued to your account at the pricing showing on original sales invoice.

Pro Supply Distribution will mail you a prepaid return shipping label.


Any product in good resalable condition may be returned for credit.

Contact an Pro Supply Distribution We will provide you with an RGA# (Return Goods Authorization) which is required for all returns, and email you detailed return instructions.

All returns are subject to an 20% restocking charge without exception.

If the return is due to manufacturer defect or Pro Supply Distribution error, we pay for return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
